Silkrute's customer support truly stands out. While orders may sometimes take a little longer to arrive, the support team is responsive, polite, and genuinely committed to helping customers. They provide timely updates, answer queries patiently, and make the overall experience much smoother. Delivery delays can happen, but excellent customer service like this builds trust. Definitely appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Silkrute is the BEST company to do business with if you're looking for hard-to-get products from India! If there's a problem with your order, they go out of their way to make things right. Their customer service is second to none, and shipping is extremely quick. Their shipping costs are extremely low compared to other companies. They are highly recommended!!

I had a extensive order with Silkrute after a recent trip to India. Communication was excellent through whats ap - polite and prompt. Updates were regular via email. One item was cancelled- unavailable. Another was replaced with a similar item but I was contacted first for approval. An item arrived damaged and they very kindly agreed to replace it. Very happy. My only suggestion would be stronger parcel packaging when travelling across many miles to Melbourne.
